1. What types of apartments are available at Porto Vecchio Apartments?

Porto Vecchio Apartments offers four different options:

• Balcone Apartment - Lake View: 50 m², with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
• Attico Apartment: 60 m², with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 5 people.
• Deluxe Apartment - Lake View: 60 m², with one bedroom, two bathrooms, and a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
• Terrazza Apartment: 65 m², with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room with kitchen. It can accommodate up to 5 people.

2. What is the maximum capacity of the apartments?

The Balcone Apartment and Deluxe Apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The Attico Apartment and Terrazza Apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.

3. Where is Porto Vecchio Apartments located?

It is located in the heart of Lazise, surrounded by the town's main cafés and restaurants.

4. Do the apartments offer a lake view?

Only the Balcone and Deluxe Apartments offer a lake view from a balcony overlooking the Lazise harbor. The Attico Apartment offers views of the harbor, the Customs House, and the ancient Church of San Nicolò, with the lake visible in the background. The Terrazza Apartment does not have a lake view but features a cozy terrace nestled among the rooftops of Lazise.

5. What amenities are included in the apartments?

Bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with sheets, towels, and soap. Kitchens come with essential appliances, Nespresso coffee machines, American coffee makers, and moka pots, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. All apartment rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

6. Is parking available?

We offer reserved parking about 350 meters from the apartments. Please note that access to the historic center, where the apartments are located, is restricted to vehicles.

7. How do I check in?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Depending on your arrival time, a staff member will greet you, or you can do a self check-in.

8. Where can I have breakfast?

Below the apartments, our Caffè Porto Vecchio is open every day, offering excellent Italian and international breakfasts, snacks, and cocktails at a special price for our guests.
